Having grown up in a family of realtors that included her father and uncles, Cynthia Marrone came to her career choice quite naturally.
A Southern California native, Cynthia began her career as a real estate agent 29 years ago, working primarily with private investors and specializing in locating all types of investment properties, many through auctions, including apartment buildings, single-family homes, commercial buildings and undeveloped land in Los Angeles and its surrounding cities.
Concurrently, Cynthia has spent many years working as a sales agent for large and small real estate agencies and in doing so, expanded into apartment management, prospecting new business and networking where she was top sales agent selling $30 million in 2007 and 2008.
In keeping with current trends in today’s real estate market, Cynthia holds Seniors Real Estate Specialists® Certification, or SRES®, designees are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+, and holds a Short Sales and Foreclosures Certification, SFR®, a certification focused on teaching real estate professionals how to best guide consumers through a successful transaction either as a buyer or seller.
